I feel compelled to respond to my experience today. I am a 61 year old woman, with adult children living on their own, and any time I have had a "technical" problem felt my only choice was to hire a specialist. many times incurring an expense which I could not afford. I have discovered today that I have another option. My experience was nothing short of outstanding! Jeremy very calmly, clearly and knowledgably was able to walk me thru totally solving 2 diffiult problems on his first try. Well worth the $129.00 annual fee you charge for your support. I feel (as his superiors) that you should know what an excellent employee he is for you and your reputation. He was well informed, polite and attentive the entire time, which took approximately 2 hours of his time. This is a totally new experience (for me) after having to deal with a company like COMCAST, which is my Internet Server here in Chicago. In the past, I think my blood pressure would increase at just the thought of dealing with any challenge if I had to deal with any of their representatives. I did NOT experience any thing like this from Jeremy. In my book, this truly is a miracle. TWO WORDS "Awesome service". I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family. All the techs were great but, I can`t speak highly enough about Sajaad, he was the first tech I had contact with. I never would have purchased the service had it not been for him. He was professional, a great communicator and he displays remarkable interpersonal skills.
Again, all the tech`s were excellent at their jobs, but most of all they made impeccable notes for the next tech to proceed from - as follow-up is VERY important to me. This would yet be another superior quality this company has to offer.
Overall every tech that worked on my case showed an outstanding technical ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. Furthermore, they all posses the unique also rare talent for delivering highly complex technical information into terms and concepts I could readily grasp.

"On a Tuesday in Massachusetts, USA, I found that my computer had been attacked by viruses and malware. I could not access any program to attack the problem. I was cut off from every way I could think of to correct the problem. I found a way to get onto the net and looked up microsoft. I found 247 techies and logged on.
