"I called in a panic on Monday afternoon after realizing that me e-mails were not being recieved. I could see that they were growing in number and knew instantly that there was something wrong. "The purpose of this email letter is to compliment the services of one of your techies - a gentleman named Nuwan. To make a long story short, I was at wit's end trying to transfer extensive email and other Outlook files from my old laptop with XP Pro to my new desktop with Windows 64 Bit Vista. I have had some experience with Outlook and I thought I could master it. To no avail. I talked with several friends, checked the net and even called Dell who was no help. In fact when I called Dell not only did I receive any help, I couldn't hear them nor could I understand the technician because of heavily accented English (no disrespect intended). I also had several other issues with Outlook and several questions regarding the new computer.
When I called I was connected to Nuwan. He immediately understood the problem, took over the computers and fixed the situation. It took almost five hours to do this and throughout the process Nuwan was nothing but polite, friendly and willing to explain to me what he was doing and answered questions as they came up. He was lucid, clear and willing to get as detailed as I wanted to get but was not over the top. He was by far the best technician I have ever worked with over the phone. When we were done he made sure all my concerns were handled and took several minutes to answer other general questions. He was very, very good.
This was the best $99.00 I ever spent on tech service and I give you permission to use this letter as a recommendation for your services."

"Today May 1, 2010 I was looking for some support for some missing emails. I contacted your company and Omar helped me get logged on. Then VJ took over and took care of the issue right away for me. A task that another company could not do!
A few hours later I was getting some error messages from a crash I had that caused all the problems in the first place. I called your company back again and VJ started helping me resolve the issue. However the issue was large so Omar and Ishan started to help out as well. Needless to say some 6 hours later all the issues had been taken care of.
