The Founder and CEO of Eureka Technology Partners, Dilendra focuses on corporate strategy and guiding the Company's growth in the technology arena. He has 14 years of Senior Executive experience, 11 of which in the telecom and IT industries. With a BA from the College of Wooster (USA) majoring in Business Economics and a Graduate Certificate in E-Business he also completed MIT's (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) "Birthing of Giants" Entrepreneur Leadership Program - a highly selective invitation only executive education program for 60 leading young entrepreneurs, each of whom already has a proven and successful track record.
In addition to the above achievements, Dilendra is a former board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Sri Lanka and its former Treasurer. He is also the Treasurer of the Sri Lanka Telecom Providers Association and an Executive Committee Member of the SLASSCOM – the governing body of the Sri Lanka IT and ITES industry.
Rajan Anandan is an active investor in companies in Asia and US. In April 2008 he invested in Eureka Technology Partners Limited guides Eureka's senior management on strategy.
Rajan's professional career has spanned across high technology and management consulting. He was the Managing Director of Microsoft India until August 2010. In this role Rajan was responsible for Microsoft’s Sales, Marketing and Services Group in India. Microsoft is the largest software company in India. Under Rajan’s leadership Microsoft became the highest performing subsidiary for Microsoft in the Large Emerging Markets in 2009. During his tenure Microsoft launched its Cloud Services portfolio across all three layers of the cloud: saas, paas and iaas and quickly became the leading Cloud Services provider in India.
Prior to joining Microsoft Rajan was a Vice President with Dell Inc. He joined Dell as the Executive Assistant to Chairman Michael Dell. He then held several global leadership roles in Dell International Services - Dell's off shoring division. Rajan was also the Vice President and Country General Manager of Dell India where he grew the Dell business from $250million to over $800 million and made Dell into the leading player among corporates in India.
Prior to joining Dell, Rajan was a Partner with McKinsey & Company in Chicago. At McKinsey he worked with companies across a broad range of industries including technology, industrial and business services. Rajan leverages his direct investing experience, professional experience leading large technology businesses and his passion for technology to help companies he has invested in to build large businesses with a global reach. Rajan has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a MSc in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University. Rajan returned to Asia in 2006 after spending two decades in the US.
Dinesh has 11 years of experience in IT Infrastructure management, Marketing and Technology strategy. He oversees the technology strategy and R&D function of 24/7 Techies. Dinesh has an MSc in Information Technology from the University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences Sikkim Manipal, India.
CFO and Director Network Operating Centers
Saman oversees the Global Service Deliver Centers of 24/7 Techies and is responsible for the Finance and Accounting functions within the company. He has over 7 years experience with Big 4 accounting firms working in Africa, the Middle East and Sri Lanka. He has a B.Sc (BA) in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Chandan guides 24/7 Techies’ senior team on corporate and financial strategy. He has over 15 years experience at Global 1000 companies such as Level 3 Communications (Chief Financial Officer for Europe), British Telecom Plc (Head of Group Financial Planning) and Computer Associates - London. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has a degree in Math and Management from Queen Elizabeth College, London University.
