  • In Windows 7 “Quick launch” feature has been disabled. If you want that feature to be active then right click on the taskbar uncheck “lock the taskbar”. Select toolbars and then from the menu choose “new toolbar”. Type “Type %appdata%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch” in the file path.
